on windows you have to get WinRAR 64-bit from here https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0 once installed drag the file to your desktop right-click extract here open the file and open the app.
on mac os drag the file to your desktop right-click unzip and launch the file application.
on Linux unzip the file and open the app and enjoy.
